Controller
The controller for data processing on this website is:

Estonia

Processing is governed by the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and, where it supplements the Regulation, the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act (isikuandmete kaitse seadus).
What this website collects
This is a static website. It sets no cookies, loads no third-party resources, and runs no analytics or tracking of any kind. Fonts and styles are served from this domain.
The only data stored in your browser is your light or dark theme preference,
kept in localStorage on your own device. It is never transmitted anywhere and
can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
Server log files
The web server writes one access log entry per request, containing your IP address, the time of the request, the path requested, the referring page, and the browser and operating system identifiers your browser sends.
- Purpose: delivering the site, and diagnosing faults and abuse.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in operating a functioning, secure website.
- Retention: at most 30 days. Log files rotate on size, and any rotated file is deleted once it is 30 days old, so 30 days is a ceiling rather than a typical figure.
- Recipients: the server is rented from netcup GmbH (Germany), which acts as a processor. No data is transferred outside the EEA.
- Not used for analytics. The log is read when something is being debugged. It is not aggregated, profiled, or used to count or characterise visitors.
Contacting Nixperts by email
If you send an email, the message and your address are processed solely to handle the enquiry, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for a contractual or pre-contractual relationship, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise. Correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed, and no longer than statutory retention periods require.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Requests go to the email address above.
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority for Nixperts OÜ is:
